Hello there, kiddos. Welcome one, welcome all.

My name is Siobhan, and I'm a 20-year-old living in Toronto, Canada. I'm entering my fourth and final year of my Honours BA degree as a double major in English and Cinema Studies. I drink too much coffee and love to overthink everything. I created a website to babble on about things I like because, you know, I don't already do that enough in real life. 

MoviesMusicMiscellaneous is a place where I talk about new films, albums, and of course, miscellaneous sectors of popular culture like books and television. I write reviews, develop annual rankings, and keep a close following on awards season. Fun times! 

When I am not writing for this blog or studying for my degree, I also write for Film School Rejects, so feel free to check out my articles for them, too. I am also the co-creator of Afternoon Tea podcast, a project created to spark discussion about pop culture and life as a young woman in the 21st century in a way that is relatable, comfortable, and accessible. 

I wish I could give a clear-cut reason for why I created this website, but honestly, I think I just have a lot of opinions about contemporary pop culture and desired someplace to document them. Suddenly my spare time and how I spend it has a purpose!
